Amazon会在收到以下信息后受理投诉

1、带签字的投诉书(电子/邮寄);

2、描述侵权的依据;

3、侵权的Listing网址;

4、版权方的详细地址、电话、Email,需要与专利申请人一致;

5、说明对方在版权方不知情的情况下盗用了你的版权;

6、说明你是版权方或版权方授权对相关问题提起投诉;

7、附件:专利受理回执、专利受理截图

Amazon已经明确表示需要打击卖家之间的恶意投诉,同时恶意诬告胜诉的可能性并不大。在你被投诉的时候,你可!以通过以下几点判断对方是否是“恶意诬告”

AMZ提供侵权人的Email是Gmail、126等公共邮箱;

Email里面明显带有中国人的姓名;

AMZ邮件中没有提供投诉人的专利号(Patent Registration No.);

投诉人提供了专利号,但是专利号
